I'm a Trails Specialist for Jefferson County Open Space, living in Golden, Colorado. My origins of sports and training stemmed from a background of wrestling, gymnastics, and Nordic racing. I've been climbing for almost 20 years and mostly do rock, ice, and alpine. I'm on this site to advance my knowledge in the maintenance and progress of my health and fitness. I want to sustain my time and goals in the mountains as I age.
