It sounds like 150 is right around your sweet spot for AeT right now. I would use that and retest in a few months 🙂
It isn’t always a problem for Garmin users. Unfortunately we don’t have a great solution to check it but I used a garmin for years and never ran into an issue.
Stick with the reps 🙂 The workout is built so you can load it into your watch so it gives an approximate time, but stick with reps over time.

I would finish out the training plan as is and then start differentiating Z3 and Z1. I believe you were in the beginner plan? In the intermediate or advanced plan, you will see more differentiation in the zones.
