Stick with the reps 🙂 The workout is built so you can load it into your watch so it gives an approximate time, but stick with reps over time.
I did my first ME training today and followed the instructions in the “description” part of training peaks workout (see screenshot 1) which includes 4 x 10 reps of several exercises. After I finished I scrolled lower and saw there’s a part called “workout details” which describes the exercises but using rate of perceived effort and timing instead of reps. I am wondering which one to go by for next time – reps or length of time at a given RPE?
