Thank you Carolyn for your input.I do think I am going way too long without food. Every 14 days I fast for 24 hrs, just water and I have continued to do that during my training but do it on my rest days but now I have decided to hold off on my 24hr fasting till I am done with my training. I am also making the mistake of doing fasted training on max strength days. I haven’t lost any weight and feel great most days definitely after recovery week so I thought I was doing fine will I skipped my period .I would like have a phone consultation with you. I will fill the form out and request you. I think I need some guidance for next 13 weeks. Thanks

I do not have any hills close by , May be a sled hill with 100ft of elevation. Right now I am doing my hike on hilly terrain on Stairmaster and planning to do Steep uphill hike on stairs, (have access to only 4 flight of stairs) and plan to work up to heavy weight for weighted Z3 climb on the same stairs.
I can’t remember for sure but in one of the forms Scott talks about repeating base period.
Hey,
Reach out to Scott and exchange you plan for 24 wk plan. I initially bought 16 wk plan but after communicating with Scott I realized I needed 24wk plan for Mt Rainer. I am signed up for Mt Rainer in may with IMG and I am on my transition week 7 . Do you girls have an suggestions for me as for recovery drink after the long session ( 2.5-3hrs). I felt I bonked yesterday at 2.5 hrs on Stairmaster. I do all of my training in fasted taste but realizing I to need to eat for my max strength that’s approaching next week and for my Z3 . At this point I am mixing up my AeT sessions. I trail running/micro spike once a week and use Stairmaster for hike on hilly terrain and use 18% on Treadmill for my the other and slow run for recovery. I do plan on stair climbing for steep uphill hike in base period and use heavy pack for Z3. There are not even hills around where I live. Let me know what you girls are doing.Thank you Shashi , link to the forums is very informative.
Thank you Scott , I am recovering for Hiker’s knee/patellar Tendinopathy.
I have another question. I have completed my rehab and have been able to run 4-5 a week for 30-45 min with no increase in pain but now that I have started the 24 wk plan I am feeling a little bit of pain but back to baseline in 24 hrs ( which is ok as per my therapist) But if it does increase , Should I cut back on volume , switch to underwater running , swimming one day or take out one day out of back to back days as I have a yr from my event. I plan to continue past 24wks which would give chance to get back to full volume. Is 60+ min under AeT key for Aerobic base training. ThanksI have been dealing with patellar tendinopathy and in rehab . I started 24 wk plan after I have been able to running in zone 2 for 4 hrs a week but after starting the plan my knee dint do well with two days of back to back running this week and I am afraid to push as I want to be able to keep running . Instead I decided to give one day break in between . I am so bummed !!! Tendon rehabs are very ticky with finding the right load . This is the latest research .
Thank you Scott. I would say, it dint feel crazy slow nor easy, was more of a slightly moderate effort but felt little tired by the end of the day but was able recover by next morning and I did the same thing for 60min the very next day.
