I did but my numbers were different than what they got on examples so I was confused.
Thanks for the link. I still need to do the AnT test and it sounds like I have a long way to go with putting in 5 to 6 hrs a week training but I ahve been doing it fasted, basically shortly after I wake up with no breakfast
If I understand correctly I shouldn’t do any zone 3 or 4 training until I get to 10% right?
Also how long did it take you to get to 10% of your AnT?
So is 137 my AeT?
That’s pretty funny, so unless I’m doing math wrong 137/144 = .951 were 144/137 = 1.051 which is basically 5.01%

So what does that exactly mean now I know how to get it? Also based off the drift test, is the starting heart rate your AeT?

I’m assuming when they talk about percentage they are just dividing the high average by the low average….
