Zone 2 Bodyweight Exercises

    Is it possible to use zone 2 and aerobic base building principles to build up to do something like a 1000 pushups, squats, sledgehammer swings, etc? Or is there something preventing it? If yes, how do we go about programming it? The few attempts I’ve made haven’t worked out
