Training load over 4 vs 6 days

    Hi,

    I normally distribute my running load over 4 days (+1 day strength) vs 6, which is generally in every training plan, including the ones we received now. Is it generally better to split it to more frequent but smaller chunks rather than fewer but slightly larger ones? Can 4 days also work? Or how important is to organize life so I can do it more frequently?
