That’s great! I’ve heard about it & it seems like a pretty neat set of equipment – glad that it’s been helping you to train more. 2-3 days per week of strength training is great. An easy way to think about strength training with TrainingPeaks is to count ~50 TSS per hour.
We’ve bought a Tonal gym and had it now for about 2 months. Super happy with it so far. In fact, it’s got me motivated to make a shift back into training again. Have been thinking about using it for two strength days/week as part of a “let’s get fit again” program incorporating TFTNA. No idea if Tonal integrates with Training Peaks yet and not even sure how to find out.
Wondering if any Uphill Athletes are using it, and if so what comments/observations you might have?
