Timing for “Upper body strength” and “Mobility” exercises”” exercises

    I’m a little confused about the 30 minutes and 20 minutes that the “Upper body strength” and “Mobility” exercises in the basic training plan are assigned. It seems that following the instructions, these only take me about 1/3 of the time allocated, so I wonder if I’m doing something wrong, or not doing enough reps. Should I be doing enough reps to take up the whole allocated timeframe? The instructions don’t specify that, so just wanted to ask. Thanks!

    In one of the Q&As, Alexa mentions that there isn’t really a strict time for these workouts, and that you should just take however long it takes you to get through the sequence. Also, with the mobility workout, you can do the routine throughout the week so it doesn’t have to all be done in one block.
