Maintaining Fitness after goal climb

    I’m in the final 8 weeks of my TFTNA training plan to climb Mt. Baker in July. The training has been going very well for me, and I can say without a doubt that I’m in the best shape of my life at age 58. I’m so glad to have embraced TFTNA for my training guidance, and I’m confident that I’m going to have a great climb as a result of following it.

    Since I’ve invested so much time in my training, I’d really like to know how to maintain my fitness gains after my climb. Can anyone share some advice, or point me to any articles on post-climb fitness?
