I want to thank Scott, Steve and Luke for the wonderful training program I used to train for my first ultra. I signed up for the Lone Star 100k (~106k and 13,000ft of gain) and the Big Vert training program helped me succeed. The race consisted of extreme terrain and some big climbs. I felt I was able to get up the climbs with ease thanks to the training and finish in under 24 hours!
Many friends and co-workers have asked about my training and I’ve recommended Uphill Athlete to them all.
