If you can determine a threshold pace (AeT and/or AnT), then training by pace rather than HR will overall be more effective.
It can be more stressful though, so be conservative.
Hi. I’ve done a couple drift tests on the skierg. In both cases I kept the power fixed and let my hr move. I haven’t seen any other posts of folks using the skierg. Any issues doing this that folks have run in to? I do a lot of roller skiing so figured this would be helpful.
