Bought ChamFit the other day and am doing Level 1. Two questions:
(1) I had a discectomy at L5/S1 6+ years ago. Any exercise in ChamFit at any level that I should avoid?
(2) The one-legged squat that is a precursor to a pistol squat causes pain in my knee both at the time of doing it and for several days after (the pain after almost always evidences when my knee is moving from slightly bent (maybe around 10 degrees or so) into fully straight alignment, whether weighted or not. Should I keep doing that in the hopes that it will fade as I do more, or should I avoid? If I should avoid, what exercises should I substitute in?
