I just performed my second AeT test today to see if I have improved since starting the course about 5 weeks ago.
To my dismay it seems like my fitness is decreasing.
Attached are both tests.
The first was completed 25Jan my average Hr was 122 and my average pace was 11:16.
The second test was completed 22Feb my average Hr was 127 and my average pace was 11:42.
Both Hr:Pa were about 3.2.
From these results it seems like to maintain a slower pace my Hr has actually increased.
Any insights would be helpful.
