I hope you are doing well.
Round 1 finishes on January 29, and Round 2 starts on February 14.
A couple of questions:
1. Will round 2 training load be adjusted considering current CTL & Round-1 execution?
2. Will there be any workout guidance for days between Round-1 & Round-2, i.e. January 30 to February 13?
