If the pace and terrain are the same, then it’s some other stressor. HR is a general measure of stress, so it could be anything. If your work and personal life are unchanged, and if the COVID crisis is not affecting your peace of mind, then you may be getting sick.
I’ve been consistently logging my slow miles at a certain hr (7,10mm @ 117 ave hr). For almost 2 weeks it’s bumped up to 128 average. The change was sudden. I’ve backed off volume and have lowered intensity.
Any idea what’s happening/what to do about it?
