    Hi,

I’ve recently completed a heart rate drift test and I am wondering if i could get some advice on the outcome.

The link to the test is here: http://tpks.ws/WZBALDAB2QMTXUS55AOIFMAFNU

My average heart rate for the test was 145bpm and my drift was 5.79%, I’m wondering if this is enough to accurately estimate my AET or if I should repeat the test with a lower target heart rate.

Any insights would be much appreciated, and I’m happy to provide any other information if needed.

You want the drift to be between 3% and 5%, so you could repeat the test targeting a HR a few beats lower. Or take say 142 as your AeT and then retest at 145 in 60-90 days.

Thanks Jane, I think I’ll probably take 142 and retest at a later date.
