Final group post for this week, our general fitness gals! Your goals are diverse, any where from learning more about training and fitness, to backpacking, to just something new. We coach a lot of people in this category who are excited for a new experience and improving health and fitness.
What are your goals for FUA group and what would you like to learn and achieve?
I coach a 60 y/o woman who is training for her first 5k run since surviving breast cancer, its an incredible journey to share. We’d love to hear what inspired you to join FUA. And field any questions that you might have.
