Choosing the right training plan

    As we are approaching the end of this training program, what would be the recommended suitable Uphill Mountaineering Training Plan for someone not having a specific high altitude goal but to maintain climbing/trekking fitness around 50-60CTL? 08,12,16 or 24 weeks training plan

    Also, should there be a gap/rest before starting a new plan?
