I think the powders are easier to implement in your food, and they have amazing effects on your health. The only problem is finding them.
I have heard from several places that beets/beet supplements/juice? are really good for endurance training and athletes. I will never cook and eat beets, but am interested in the health benefits. Does anyone take Superbeets or Bountiful Beets (or something else?) There’s powders and chews.
