8 week plan- 10 weeks until objective
Just got permits to do Mountaineers route on Mt Whitney. My permits are 10 weeks from now.
Coming off a period of time where my training diminished due to a stressful period of time at work.
Looking to get the 8 week plan to help motivate my training. How should I revise it accommodate for the extra two weeks or would it be better to get the 12 week plan and tailor it down?
