2 Week Body Weight Only Training Plan

This two-week cycle is designed for the times when you don’t have access to traditional gym equipment. This can function as a maintenance phase for periods of travel or as a way of de-loading from a heavier strength program or work capacity cycle. This plan uses strict tempos for a variety of different movements.

Programs are reusable templates that you can place on workout calendars. Use them as much as you like for an entire year. The plan is accessed and delivered using the Train Heroic app which offers a powerful tool to record your strength training.
