Could you clarify what back to back 25 miles/wk means? Is that 25 miles of volume in back to back weeks over multiple days or 25 miles on day 1 and 25 miles on day 2 within the same week?
Thanks for the response Mike, could you outline to me what apps you use between you watch, phone and TickrX? I’d like to get myself a setup that is well integrated and makes for an easy interface with training peaks.
Thank you both, it does help. A final question as I figure out what the best fit for me is. What kind of non-techncal support comes with the training plans? Meaning will I be able to ask someone questions about the exercises and my progress through them, not technical support to the training peaks front end.
