Training Peaks calculates the TSS when workout builder is used. Don’t worry about it-just focus on what your hrTSS is that is what matters 🙂
TSS for run/walk progression vs aerobic day?
In the base plan, we have two options for the aerobic days: “aerobic day” (at 28 TSS for me today), and “run/walk progression” (at 32 TSS). How come the two TSS values are different? Is the run/walk progression assumed to be more tiring since it’s for people not used to running?
