Working through the selection program on training peaks, and I have a few questions regarding the workouts.
For the lifts of 5 right left, 5 left leg, 5 double leg squats, is there a prescribed weight?
For the rucks in the beginning, are they intended to be 15 min Mile pace or 12 like in the intro page?
Finally, for the hill sprints, maybe it’s a glitch on my end, but I don’t see a number prescribed. Is it a time thing?
