ME with Strength Training

    If I am now at end of base period and adding in ME as day #1 of strength, what should day #2 of strength look like? Max strength as I was doing before or general strength maintenance, or nothing at all?

    Matt:

    Best to do a maintenance of the Max strength during the ME phase. One shortened Max strength workout every 10 days will keep the strength levels up for weeks. Cut the number of sets in half from what you ended up at. Use 90+% of max for the exercises.
