My MAF test comes out to 132 but I ran two miles after a warmup at a continuous 147 while nose breathing. Which direction should I got in to confirm my AeT?

Have you read this article https://uphillathlete.com/aerobic-anaerobic-threshold-self-assessment/?

That will explain everything in detail and why you should use the HR drift test rather than the nose breathing or MAF.

If that does not help please write here again.

Yes, your MAF number could be way off. It’s a lottery.
