Is Polar H10 useful for 8 week basic mountaineering training plan?
I am new to this forum and I just purchased 8 weeks basic mountaineering training plan for Mt.Rainier this May. I have summitted at Mt. Baker and ready to move to the next level. After I purchased this plan, I have noticed they are relaying HR to calculate the data for the test and so on. I made a quick research and apparently that Polar H10 is one of the best for HR monitors. My question is is that product useful to gather and input HR data in TP?
