Gym Muscular Endurance (ME) during recovery week

    Thats my understanding and exactly what I do. As an example, if my normal workout is 6 sets of 8 reps, during the recovery week I drop to 3 sets of 8 reps.

    Recovery week is for my body to meet the goals of the gym muscular endurance process. I enjoy the recovery week since I get rest from the daily activities I perform in the gym to build my body. If you go to the gym daily and you have never rested, you need to take a full week to rest. I love strolling during the recovery week since I usually experience less pain when going to the gym. However, if you have injuries in the body or feel a lot of pain, choose to fully rest.
