I’ve been a long time TrainingPeaks premium user and their algorithm for fitness and recovery are impressive. The days that the app tells me to rest correspond shockingly well to the level of fatigue I perceive.
I recently switched to a Coros watch after years of using a Garmin and I have noticed that the Coros app has it’s own ‘Fitness’ and ‘Recovery’ metrics. How does it compare to TrainingPeaks? Since the premium membership comes at a cost I would prefer to let it lapse if I can get good enough functionality out of the free Coros app.
