Continuing 24-Week training plan

Hi All,
I am coming up to the last 2 weeks of the 24 week mountaineering program and I was wondering what is the best way to continue.
It seems like starting back at the beginning would be a little too regressive.
Is there a point in 24 week plan that I can “cut and paste” starting next week that would make sense?
