I had my knee scoped (partial medial meniscectomy) this past November to clean up a tear in my medial meniscus. Recovery went well and had full return to downhill skiing and biking. I waited the longest to start return to running over the past few months, starting with run/walk intervals, and a lot of time focusing on form and cadence. It was going well until this past weekend when I did a 4mi trail run with about 900 ft of gain and woke up the next day with a lot of stiffness/soreness. While my previous PTs were good none were runners. Wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for PTs in the Golden, CO (and surrounding area) that have worked with runners. Prior to injury I was doing almost all running on trails and typically ~~2 shorter ultras a year.
