    Hi there- I’m just beginning the 20 week big vert plan and need a little clarification on performing the test. Do I use the average heart rate of the everything: the warm up, 30-45 minute uphill run and then the run back down? Or just the average heart rate for the uphill run? Thanks for any help, Mike
