Since you are beginning a new plan and you’ve done 12 weeks of base with FUA, I would redo the AeT test. Unless you already have a high AeT within 10% of your AnT. If you do then you are all set and stay the course! As your AeT won’t get much higher.
Hi! I’m curious to know if people think that after this training block it’s good to test aerobic threshold again. I’m diving into Luke’s 20-week ultras plan which starts with an AeT test and I’m wondering if I should really test again or if the test I did 12 weeks ago at the start of FUA is likely still accurate. In general, how often do you suggest testing AeT? Thanks!
