@Scott: totally understood & thanks for clarification. just wanted to point out that i got the point that difference between AnT and HFmax is no useful indicator for tracking progress.

Hi Scott,
thank you for your feedback. Will work on speed for sure.@Scott & Reed: thanks a lot for clarifying – quite interesting and makes sense!
Hi Scott,
sorry for late reply.
Thanks for the workaround. I found the artikels around the workaround on your webpage very useful and thought it might also make sense to add it in an upcoming version of the book.as far as a technical alternative to TP is converned: runalyze.com is an alternative which does the trick for free;-)
for the next version, you might consider to add the do-it-yourself AeT-test; at least in the german version, only the AnT-test is included, while the AeT-test is only available on this website.

Therefore the exact model would be interesting and also your favorite (recovery-) training programs you are using. in addition, i would be interested to learn if you use it for recovery only or if you consider the “muscle building” programs also worth using.

thanks for the link! It sheds some light on the topic. Nonetheless, i am still wondering why there is only comparatively little information regarding race strategies compared to the very detailed training philosophies which fill the bookshelves…?Marcel on September 30, 2020 at 1:45 pm · in reply to: book-review & open questions – whats the authors perspective? #45583Hi Scott,
