Carolyn Parker, Alison Naney and Maya Seckinger talk about training adjustments for our hormonal cycle and other considerations around our reproductive health as physically active women. Women have Incredibly broad experiences managing their reproductive health. And perhaps it’s a reflection of that fact that we have three very diverse perspectives represented in our own coaching group – from early life experiences with birth control, to navigating pregnancy and birth, all the way to menopause. We share honest stories and experiences, as well as recommendations for how to manage our female cycles and physiologies while training and being active in the mountains.
