Sometimes you don’t need ongoing coaching. You need one good conversation with the right expert. A plan you’re following isn’t landing, an old injury is flaring, a nutrition question keeps nagging.

Specialist Sessions are single, paid calls with a UA coach, physical therapist, or registered dietitian, focused on the specific thing in front of you.

These are not a substitute for a coaching relationship, and no one builds you a custom plan on the call. What you get is direct, expert attention to your question, and clear guidance you can act on.

Screening with a Physical Therapist

An online movement screening with Pete Dickinson, MS, PT. Bring an injury, a nagging limitation, or a movement issue that’s affecting your training, and get a professional read on what’s going on and what to do about it.

Session with a Registered Dietitian

A nutrition call with registered dietitian Alyssa Leib. Fueling for a big objective, questions about underfueling or recovery, dialing in what you eat around training, bring the question and get expert, individualized answers.

Session with a Coach

Talk through your training with a UA coach. Review a plan you’re following, get unstuck on a goal, or pressure-test your approach. Best for athletes who are training on their own and want experienced eyes on a specific question.
