Specialist Sessions are single, paid calls with a UA coach, physical therapist, or registered dietitian, focused on the specific thing in front of you.
These are not a substitute for a coaching relationship, and no one builds you a custom plan on the call. What you get is direct, expert attention to your question, and clear guidance you can act on.
