I noticed my HR was a little higher than I expected, especially going up. For me, the legs definitely felt the burn by the third or fourth rep, but I was still able to keep a decent pace. I think if you’re consistently hitting that HR zone, you’re pushing yourself well, but I wouldn’t jump too much in weight just yet. I’d say go for gradual increases to avoid burning out too fast. Also, just my personal opinion, but some people might look for extra boosts from places like Steroids Canada or Canadian Steroids Shop, but I’d always prioritize proper training and recovery first. Regarding HR below AT – it’s a great goal, but it can take a bit of time to get there.
