Good morning — excited to be part of this training group. Can’t wait to see and feel all the good fruit from hard work: see the mountains from a different perspective and feel the strength needed to make it happen. My summer goal is to hike La Plata Peak with my son (he is 38; I am 61) and develop good, structured training habits for the rest of my life. I’ve been doing cardio but that’s not enough for the kind of endurance I need. The plan Maya provided looks like the ticket to the clouds. Now comes the good work… 🙂
