Thanks for the responses. I ended cutting volume pretty significantly this week and focused on getting more rest. I found the flight of stairs I climb multiple times a day at work was much less strenuous on Friday vice Monday. Given how I’m feeling now (about a week later), I’m inclined to believe I had overreached a little in my last month of training, but I should be set up well for the last few weeks of max strength workouts before moving to muscular endurance.
