hi, I use hr-tss on training runs but I live in the city and I mostly run on the flats on the road..should I use pace-tss on those days and then use hr-tss on my mountain/hill days..
Also I work as a carpenter and its pretty labour intensive but I do some double running days to and from work,10k each way or a 16-20k before work but I’m wondering would you put more tss points on those days for the fatigue of work…
