Hi Jesse,
I would finish out the training plan as is and then start differentiating Z3 and Z1. I believe you were in the beginner plan? In the intermediate or advanced plan, you will see more differentiation in the zones.

Hello,
I did my Lactcic/Ant test and Aet test several weeks ago now. My Aet was 162 and Ant was 172. So, within 10%.
I specifically discussed this with Alyssa Clark in a Q and A who mentioned that it might be time to start doing more Zone 3 workouts.
What should these workouts be? Should I change my training plan?
