Good question. It’s no problem to use short accelerations like this. The rep time (10-15″) is so short that with a long recovery, there’s no downside.

I was wondering if I’m advised to do pick-ups (TFTUA pp. 168/169) in my zone 2 when I still suffer from ADS?
