    Hi,

    I finished Luke Nelson’s 20 Week plan about two weeks ago. How long should I wait to start Mike Foote’s 20 week BIG VERT plan? I’ve been taking it easy, 25 and 30 mile weeks, all zone 1 or less. Is there any thing I should be doing, or not doing, and how long should I do it for?

    If you are feeling good energy and legs feel good when you bound up a a steep hill or stairs then I think you are ready.
