Continuing Training

    Hello coaches!
    I was looking gat options for continuing the training with uphill athlete and was wondering if you guys would be able to share some differences in programs.
    For example I was looking at the 24 Week Expeditionary Mountaineering Training Plan.
    I assume this is still run through training peaks, but was hoping you might be able to share what would be similar/different with the weekly work outs/what access there would be with that program (for example would there be access to ChamFit/Yoga Modules etc)?
