I am curious about the Chamonix Mountain Fit program and have a few questions for those who can weigh in having used it. I watched the video, listened to the UA podcast and just want to see what a workout might look like.
What kind of exercises? General philosophy around reps/sets? I like what the description says, and it seems like a really well-rounded program, but I am just trying to get my head wrapped around the levels, progression and what the meat and potatoes of the workouts look like.
