If you have ADS, do your aerobic workouts in Z2.

I’m working on improving my ADS situation and wonder if it makes a difference if I am exercising near my AET at the top of Z2 or at the bottom of Z1. Is it the case that as long as the pace keeps me below AET it doesn’t matter or does an hour of Z1 work better or worse than an hour near AET?
