I’ve been an athlete most of my life. When I practiced yoga for the first time, the athlete in me was really attracted to the refined strength, mobility, and coordination I discovered on the mat.
Yoga taught me ways of moving, breathing and thinking that reinforced my performance and offset my limitations to optimize my physical and mental health.
After years of practicing and experiencing the benefits of yoga firsthand I became a full-time teacher. Over the last decade I’ve helped recreational and elite athletes all over the world establish a yoga practice that meets them where they are and supports the balance and performance they seek.
Yoga with me is functional, accessible, and anatomy-smart. My goal is to share timeless practices that you can do at any stage in your life to maximize your physical and mental wellbeing.
