Know where you’re starting from

Your training begins with a detailed assessment of your current fitness, your job demands, and many other factors. We’ll ask what success looks like to you from strength and fitness tests to high-angle work or avalanche operations.

Training for your work and your life

Your coach will create a training plan that respects both your goals and the constraints of your work. This includes operational cycles, travel, long shifts, and the need to recover after weeks that take more out of you than training ever could.

Monitored progress and weekly check-in

Your coach monitors aerobic development, strength under fatigue, recovery patterns, and more. Through the Uphill Athlete platform, your aerobic threshold is monitored weekly so your coach can regularly adapt your plan.

Adapt to real world demands

Work in the field is unpredictable. This program uses weekly coach evaluations and updates to your training plan. You get meaningful adjustments without unnecessary daily communication, allowing you the time for every emergency.

Once we’ve confirmed you’re actively employed in a professional role, you’ll complete an intake form and be matched with a coach that suits your needs.
From there, we’ll create a training plan specific to your needs, role, and workload.
