I did a quick search and returned nothing, so I wanted to ask here about which book to get if I can only get one. I am starting the training for a trail marathon in Oct 2020 in Colorado, so I am leaning toward the uphill athlete, but also enjoy climbing, etc. My fitness level is alright, but I do suffer from ADS from what I can tell, though I have done lots of trail running/mountain hiking in past years.
Any advice?
